1. Exclusive income of managers (VIP parking)
2. Customer input (lobby)
3. Personnel input (negative one)
The ground floor of the building is divided into two separate parts:
1. VIP parking set: includes 14 parking spaces and a private elevator
Traffic and traffic at the Ribbon office complex may be several times higher than in a residential building. Due to the fact that the elevator system is an electromechanical and high-depreciation system, the latest technologies and the highest quality European parts have been used in its construction and implementation.
The elevators of this complex are as follows:
1- Two 8-person elevators from WITTUR brand in Germany
2- A 13-person VIP elevator device from the German brand WITTUR
Specially designed space for service equipment in order to maintain the integrity of the environment and not to create visual confusion.
